On holidays marked "emergency dispatch only," our regular service team is off and we operate with a skeleton on-call crew. We respond to true emergencies — door stuck open with valuables exposed, broken spring trapping a vehicle inside, hail damage exposing the home to weather, security concerns. Standard repairs and routine service are queued for the next business day.
Emergency dispatch on holidays carries a price we give you in person surcharge depending on time and distance. We disclose this up front when you call.
On Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve, we run with reduced staffing during shorter hours (typically 8am-5pm or 8am-3pm). Standard repairs are available but dispatch windows may be longer than normal. Emergency dispatch operates as usual outside these limited hours.
