Why We Don't Buy Reviews

The garage door industry has a reputation problem. A meaningful fraction of "5-star" review counts you see on competitor sites are bought, traded, or solicited under duress. We don't do any of that. The only way to leave us a review is to actually be a customer — we send a one-time review-request link 48 hours after job completion via SMS, and we don't follow up if you don't click. We've never paid for a review, never offered a discount in exchange for one, and never disputed a 1-star review unless we had documentation that the reviewer wasn't actually a customer.
